My animal appears as incomplete, how do I know what tasks are missing?

Select “Complete Application” and the site will navigate you to what is missing.

Depending on what your property requires, you may need the following information: 

1. Photo of Animal: A clear photo of your animal.
2. Animal Species and Breed: Specify the species and breed of your animal.
3. Birthday: Provide the date of birth of your animal.
4. Color: Indicate the color of your animal.
5. Weight: Record the weight of your animal.
6. Gender: Specify the gender of your animal.
7. Spayed/Neutered Status: Indicate whether your animal is spayed or neutered.
8. House Training: Provide information about your animal’s house training status.
