When you are getting started with your animal profile, please indicate whether your animal is a pet, service animal, or ESA.
If you are not logging in for the first time, you may create a new animal on your profile. Please select your animal type on the dropdown.
After you have completed your animal profile, please upload all necessary information to complete your assistance animal application.
