This feature is available on the pro plan only. If you do not have ‘animal complaint’ in the header navigation, your property has not enabled animal complaints.
Animal complaints help ensure the safety of your housing community. If you notice aggressive behavior or animal waste that is not taken care of, please submit an animal complaint on the OurPetPolicy dashboard.
To make an animal complaint, follow these steps:
1. Login to OurPetPolicy.
3. Click the “Create a new complaint” button to begin creating a new complaint.
4. Complete all necessary information. Any information you have about the situation and animal involved will be useful to OurPetPolicy while reviewing the complaint. If you do not know the unit that the resident/animal lives in, please provide as much information as possible about the animal, location of the incident, etc.
5. Select save to submit your complaint.
6. OurPetPolicy will reach out to let you know that your complaint has been received, and may request any further information if the resident/animal that the complaint is about is unknown. Rest assured that your identity will be kept anonymous. OurPetPolicy will let you know once the complaint has been resolved.
